Crystal Therapy

Crystal Therapy is an energy therapy where various crystals are placed on or around the body, to produce deep relaxation and bring the body back into balance.

Crystals have long been known for their healing properties, each crystal has its own energy vibration which when put near or laid onto the body, has a positive effect on our energy field (aura). The bodies energy centre's are called chakras and due to day to day stress or illness they can become blocked and not work as efficiently. If the chakras aren't brought back into balance with one another, then this is when physical illness can start to appear. Crystals can be used to cleanse and balance the chakras and bring the body back into balance.

During a crystal therapy treatment you will lie down fully clothed on the therapy table and the appropriate crystals will be chosen to be used for your particular needs, so each treatment is tailored to the client. Crystals will be placed on the body and sometimes around the body as well. Crystal therapy is a calming and peaceful treatment and a lovely way to bring balance back to your body whilst also helping physical, mental and emotional issues. A great treatment for you to de-stress and recharge.
